How Do I prepare for an Aerial Yoga Class?
Hammocks do snag. PLEASE DO NOT wear jewelry, belts, or clothing with grommets, zippers, gems, or anything that could potentially snag the fabric. Also you can wear yoga socks or bare feet.

What should I wear to an aerial yoga class?
Aerial students should wear clothing that allows freedom of movement and covers the backs of knees, waist, and armpits to prevent burns. A leotard or unitard under a longer shirt works well. Avoid hard seams and zippers to prevent bruising. Most classes are done barefoot to ensure grip and safety.
